Your privacy matters.

Information we handle

Website requests. Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Delivering and protecting it involves processing technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser or user-agent information and security signals. These are not used by us for advertising or behavioural profiling.

Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any name, attachments or other details you choose to provide. This website has no contact form, account registration, checkout or mailing-list signup.

Why we use it

We use technical information to deliver the website, maintain availability and investigate security issues. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure public website.

We use correspondence to respond to enquiries, deal with feedback and handle reported problems, on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us. Where we must meet a legal obligation, including responding to applicable data protection requests, we rely on that obligation.

Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, security and email routing. Messages to our contact address are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google Gmail inbox. Those providers process information needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information or use advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, external fonts or embedded social widgets on this website.

International processing

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Where we make a restricted transfer, an applicable UK adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards are required. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

Retention and security

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any related follow-up, dispute or legal obligation. The period depends on the purpose and content of the message. Provider-held technical information is subject to the applicable service settings and provider retention arrangements; we do not promise a single retention period for all technical data.

We use HTTPS to protect information in transit. We take reasonable steps to protect correspondence, but no website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct it, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and receive portable copies where applicable. These rights depend on the circumstances and are subject to legal exceptions.

We do not carry out solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects through this website.

Email support@granwel.com to make a request. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.

This company website is intended for a general audience and does not offer services directed at children or knowingly request children’s personal information. External sites have their own privacy practices. We will update this notice when our website practices change and display the revised date here.
